Capital Allocation & Portfolio Protection

You can buy almost any company on earth from your phone in a few seconds. Knowing which ones, and how much of each, is as hard as it has ever been.

Say you believe energy is going to matter for the next twenty years. You are probably right. Now try to act on it.

Which companies? There are hundreds, and the familiar names are not always the right ones. How much of each? What happens when one of them halves? Most people do one of two things: spend a month reading filings, or spend thirty seconds buying the one name they recognize. One is a second job. The other is a guess.

The conviction was never the hard part. Everything after it is.

The problem is the unit.

For most of history, investing meant choosing companies one at a time. Index funds changed the unit from the company to the whole market, and it was one of the great democratizing inventions. But an index is still a list somebody wrote down, revisited on a calendar.

The next unit is neither the company nor the market. It is the idea.

You should not have to pick assets. You should be able to back a conviction, and have the assets worked out for you.

That is what Amaltash does. You bring the idea — energy, water, defense, whatever you believe the next decade will need. Amaltash does the rest.

  1. It reads what you cannot.

Every public filing and published report across the sector, and the sentiment moving around them — continuously, not once.

  2. It builds the basket.

Which companies genuinely belong to the idea, how much each one deserves, and the guardrails that sit underneath every position.

  3. It keeps the basket alive.

A sector is not a list you write once. As companies rise, fall and change, the position changes with them.

What comes out is not a fund.

You hold the companies themselves, in your own account, at the weights the strategy calls for. An index fund is a box somebody else built and rebalances on a schedule, and you buy a share of the box. Here the basket is yours — assembled for your idea, and maintained as that sector changes.

And it holds the line when you cannot.

Markets fall for reasons that have nothing to do with the businesses inside them. Nothing about a company changes overnight, yet the price does, because fear travels faster than fact. Fortunes are rarely lost in the fall itself. They are lost in the decision made during it, at two in the morning, when everything is red.

So the guardrails are set while you are calm and enforced at the moment you are not. That is the entire reason for writing them down in advance.

You get on with your life. The system keeps the discipline. You sleep well — not because the market was kind, but because the rules were already in place.

That is the same idea behind everything we build. A promise is worth very little. A structure that makes the promise unnecessary is worth everything.
